New Flats Addressing StandardsSubmitted by theim on Tue, 03/10/2009 - 13:39Effective March 29, 2009, new address placement and formatting requirements adopted byt the Postal Service for Periodicals, Standard Mail, Bound Printed Matter, Media Mail, and Library Mail flat-size pieces sent at automation, presorted, or carrier route prices, will be implemented. The USPS also adopts related revisions for automation and presorted First-Class Mail flats. »
New USPS NCOA Move Update RequirementsSubmitted by jheim on Tue, 10/14/2008 - 17:12As a reminder to our customers, the new USPS Move Update requirement will take effect on November 23, 2008.
The Move Update standard has been expanded and will include all First-Class and Standard Mail. Additionally, the minimum frequency of change-of-address processing will be changed to 95 days prior to the date of the mailing to be eligible for automation and presort discount rates.
